1. Alpha Software Disclaimer

AlphaHunt is currently in active development (alpha stage). The platform may contain bugs, incomplete features, and unexpected behavior. By using AlphaHunt, you acknowledge and accept that:

  • The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
  • Features may change, be removed, or stop working without prior notice.
  • Data loss or service interruptions may occur.
  • AI-generated content, campaigns, and actions may produce unexpected results.

2. Credit Purchases — No Refunds

All credit purchases on AlphaHunt are final and non-refundable. By purchasing credits, you agree that:

  • Credits are consumed by AI operations (content generation, ad campaigns, analysis, etc.).
  • Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or refunded.
  • Unused credits do not expire but are non-refundable regardless of account status.
  • If the platform experiences bugs or downtime that consume credits, no compensation is guaranteed during the alpha period.

3. Autonomous AI Operations

AlphaHunt uses autonomous AI agents (the "Growth Engine") that can:

  • Create and publish content on your behalf.
  • Create, activate, pause, and manage advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.).
  • Post to social media accounts connected to your project.
  • Send emails and messages through connected channels.

You are solely responsible for:

  • Reviewing AI-generated content and campaigns.
  • Any advertising costs incurred through connected ad accounts (charged directly by Meta, Google, etc.).
  • Compliance with third-party platform terms of service.
  • Ensuring generated content does not violate applicable laws or regulations.

4. Advertising Costs

When you connect ad accounts (Meta, Google, etc.) to AlphaHunt:

  • Advertising spend is charged directly to your payment method by the respective ad platform.
  • AlphaHunt credits are separate from ad spend — credits control platform access, not ad budgets.
  • The Growth Engine will pause ad campaigns when your AlphaHunt credits reach zero, but a brief delay may occur.
  • AlphaHunt is not liable for any advertising costs incurred through your connected accounts.

5. Account and Data

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
  • During the alpha period, data backups are not guaranteed.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AlphaHunt and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising from your use of the platform.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of AlphaHunt after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
